Live Observation
Live observation allows therapists to observe clinical supervisors and expert therapists in session. A facilitator will support meaning making as you watch and learn more about working with individuals, relationships, and families.

Live Supervision
Live supervision allows for supervisees to bring cases in for in the moment direction and supportive feedback. Small groups of therapists will watch as a clinical supervisor supports the presenting therapist in navigating a live session. Info Sheet available below.

Virtual Live Supervision
Virtual Live Supervision provides supervisees with the opportunity to receive real-time feedback and support from their supervisor during virtual client sessions or when in-person live supervision is not possible.

Virtual Live Observation
Virtual Live Observation provides participants with the opportunity to observe therapy sessions conducted virtually, offering valuable insight into clinical techniques and client interactions when in-person observation is not possible.

Live Observation Calendar & Schedule
Each week our seasoned team of clinical supervisors will provide opportunities for you to observe them in action. Please be sure to check the google invite details section for weekly updates from the Live Observation account on available sessions during each time block below. If you are not receiving the invitations, please email karen@sunpointfoundation.org to be added to the list. For the most up-to-date schedule, visit the Google LO/LS calendar.
Live Supervision
Tuesdays: Jasmine 5PM, biweekly
Clinicians who are interested can email Jasmine (jasmine@sunpointfoundation.org) with the following information:

Jasmine will provide feedback via text during live sup or provide feedback via e-mail (after a session). These are opportunities that are less intensive as individual or group sup and more like an opportunity for quick feedback that can be further explored in individual sup.
These can also serve as an opportunity for group supervision hours for others who would like to observe. (Please note - these opportunities do not qualify for the stipend or client credit hours but do count as indirect and supervision hours. Email Karen if you need any clarification.)

Clinicians who present a case will receive a $50 stipend for their participation.
All therapists are invited to attend these live supervision sessions as observers. For every session you attend, you’ll receive 50% client credits (for example, attend a full 6-hour day and receive 3 CCs). These also count as group supervision hours. You’re welcome to join for one, two, or all three sessions—whatever works best for you.
Troubleshooting:
If you are having trouble viewing the calendar, make sure you have clicked “Live Observation” under settings on your google calendar page.
Scheduling For Live Supervision
For Group Supervision: Please plan to present for the full 2 hours (the time of your group supervision) and schedule your client on the first half hour. This allows 30 min prep, 50 min for the session, and 30 min to debrief with your group.
For Individual Live Supervision: If you are scheduling for an individual live supervision, please simply reserve one hour. Prep and debrief can occur with your supervisor in your regularly scheduled weekly supervisions. Your supervisor can book the room once you determine the time of the session. Confirm with your supervisor the availability of the room.
